YARMOUTH, ME -- The Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority (NNEPRA)
, the organization responsible for the oversight of the Amtrak Downeaster, today announced its partnership with Blaze Partners, a Yarmouth-based advertising/digital marketing agency.
